Buyers are having a hard time finding homes in Arizona to purchase as the demand is high and inventory is low. Many buyers are frustrated as homes are gone before they have a chance to see them or make an offer. But there is hope!!
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) where all realtors must post their clients homes for sale has recently added a new feature. "Coming Soon” Realtors must place homes coming to the market on the MLS under this tab.
By doing so Realtors clients are allowed to view and MAKE OFFERS on homes that are not yet on the market. As of this writing (Oct. 16th, 2021) the Phoenix housing market has 639 homes coming soon. To gain access to these homes, make sure your Realtor knows exactly what you are looking for and where. You may be able to secure a home before it ever hits the open market.
