Jeff Seman is a fantastic realtor. He is very responsive, knowledgeable about all the little details, like who to call about removing the doggie doors and which paperwork is required to sign up at the Community Center. He helped us navigate through the needed repairs both before and after we moved in. He is thorough and thoughtful. Jeff was amazing to work with. He was able to sell our house for above listing in less than a week. From start to finish he was extremely easy to work with. If you need a realtor, Jeff will make your life a lot easier. If you have a realtor, get rid of them. Jeff is better.

Jeff was patient, highly knowledgeable about Anthem (has lived here for many years) and the Anthem ins-and-outs of buying a home. He was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. He was patient with changing our mind’s about offers and generous in giving detailed feedback and notes in reading through HOA's which he has great expertise in reviewing contracts and pointing us in a good direction with lenders, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided us through every step of the way. Going through the home-buying process and not doing it every day we felt tremendously grateful for his guidance. He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to us was the fact that he put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unfazed by several course-changes in what we were looking for. Moreover, he is highly attentive to detail, so much so that on one occasion another agent commented on his eagle eye for details. Bottom line we can’t imagine having a more positive experience and recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this competitive market. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff Seman is a highly professional realator. He quickly prepared the home for sale. He was in constant contact with us regarding any developments.
